Initial System Evaluation
Before enrolling in the Wise Care Plan, properties that have not been serviced by Wise Sprinklers & Lighting within the past 90 days require an Initial System Evaluation. This evaluation allows us to inspect your irrigation and landscape lighting systems, identify any existing concerns, and establish a baseline for future maintenance visits.
*The Initial System Evaluation fee is waived when you enroll in the Wise Care Plan and complete any recommended repairs or corrections.

Can I pay monthly?
- Yes! We offer convenient automatic monthly payments, making it easy to enjoy the benefits of the Wise Care Plan without paying the full annual amount upfront.
Can I join if you didn’t install my system?
- Yes. If your property has not been serviced by Wise Sprinklers & Lighting within the past 90 days, we’ll begin with an Initial System Evaluation to assess your irrigation or landscape lighting system before enrollment.
Are repairs included?
- No. The Wise Care Plan is a preventative maintenance program. Repairs and replacement parts are not included. However, Wise Care Plan members receive a 10% discount on qualifying repairs.
Do you service residential and commercial properties?
- Yes! We proudly offer Wise Care Plans for both residential and commercial irrigation and landscape lighting systems.
What happens if something breaks between maintenance visits?
